propaganda poster

this is my propaganda poster of Kony i use adobe photoshop to make this. i made the background using red blue orange and yellow. i use the paint brush tool and set the hardness to about 10-30 to get that effect. and for the pictures i was just messing around with colors and posterize to get that type of textures.
